Welcome! My name is Aimee Schiefelbein. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and have strong clinical skill in trauma informed care at the intersections of Internal Family Systems, Spirituality, and Social Justice.
Therapy is a potent space where we hold and process the pains of the past as well as connect with our inner Self. I am honored to do this work and welcome people who feel on the margins, creatives, spiritual seekers, and those who are sensitive and feel deeply. I seek to offer a space for you to access a deeper understanding of yourself.
This practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, welcoming of all ethnicities, ability aware, gender inclusive, HAES informed, and fat positive. I acknowledge my power and privilege in the form of opportunities and systemic inheritances and I commit to work with humility to further that growth.
